Mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware. In our over busy lives it is easy to lose focus and live on auto-pilot, reacting to life instead of thinking and really living on purpose. This can take a toll on our mental and physical health as we get disconnected from what is truly important in our lives and fail to hear what our bodies are telling us.
Stress is a term used to describe the wear and tear our bodies experience in reaction to everyday tensions and pressures. Our response to events or situations is what causes harm to our body.

Our Balanced Living Program focus
Introduce you to many tools and techniques to help you live more mindfully and manage stress more effectively. The program focuses on identifying the root cause of your stressors, while developing a plan to minimize the cause(s) and effects. Techniques that may be used include mindfulness, deep breathing, HeartMath, cognitive behavioral therapy, progressive muscle relaxation and wellness coaching.
Individual Program - consists of six sessions with our Health Coach.
